Life at Amphos
There is opportunity in the bucket load, to join the whole spectrum of amphos, including ICP, O&M & on-site works. Whilst we’re busy with phenomenal growth, we’re focused on building an operational infrastructure like no other.
Whether you are a student looking to build out valuable industry experience in a Placement Year, or a School Leaver/Graduate looking to jump start your career. Perhaps you’ve got experience from part or post qualification, or you have masses of experience and expertise that you think we can benefit from! Well, we have something for you, and we’re always on the lookout for new talent.
We’re proud to have helped power some of the UKs biggest names, and we’re on a mission to continue expanding our expertise in the international global market too.
Why are we so committed to guiding our customers through the transition to EV? To Drive Change. To Create Cleaner, Smarter Fleets. And To Power the Future for our people and clients.
But what is it really like to work here at amphos?

Our Environment
For our people who are office-based, we’ve created a workspace that our people enjoy walking into. Making you feel motivated, ready to get stuck in and do your best work.
Never underestimate the power of good interior design. Just a splash of ‘amphos neon’ can energise, inspire and motivate. And that’s why when you step into our office, one thing will hit you straight away: we do things differently.
Informal sofa areas to recreate ‘working from home’ comforts, complimentary refreshments (including pick n mix for good measure!), as well as opportunities to reset and socialise with our state of the art digital darts set up.
Our casual dress code helps too – why stifle in a suit when you can bring your full personality to work? Our dress code is ‘wear something’, and no one has broken it yet.

What to Expect
We review each cv to shortlist those that best align with the role’s criteria. Factors considered include relevant work experience, qualifications (if required), and specific skills related to the job.
If you are then successful to the next stage, our Head of People, Talent and Culture will contact you to discuss your resume, career aspirations, and initial fit for the role. This call provides an opportunity to ask initial questions about the position and amphos.
Depending on the role, the interview process may involve 2 or 3 stages. The interview process is designed to be as informative for you as it is for us. This is an opportunity for you to evaluate our company, understand our work culture, and determine if we are the right fit for you.
Generally, you can expect to receive feedback within 24-48 hours after each stage of the interview process, unless other candidates are still being processed for the role. We strive to keep you informed and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
